    We are traveling Nov 9-16th. We will be taking a couple of days "off!" I'm trying to decide which days not to visit the parks. Is the weekend substantially more crowded than a weekday? Does Veterans Day (Monday) draw bigger crowds?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    In general, a holiday weekend does draw larger crowds than normal.  That will most likely be the case for Veteran's Day this year if this year is like the recent past years.  That Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will most likely be significantly more crowded than the days on either side of that holiday weekend.  That said, it should be nothing like Thanksgiving week!
