    We are traveling next week with two boys age 5 ad 3. The 3 year old is special needs and doesn't walk too well. . We have a "garden view" room in Port OrleansRiverside. Is that the mansions area? Hoping to be close to mansion and bus areas

    Port Orleans Riverside is one of my absolute FAVORITE resorts and I'm so happy to hear you'll be calling this fabulous property "home" during your upcoming vacation!

    The resort is divided into two sections, Mansions and Alligator Bayou, both which are home to "Garden View" rooms.  In order to increase your chances of being assigned a Garden View Room in the Mansions section, you should call The Walt Disney Travel Company at (407)WDISNEY to have this special request notated to your reservation.  I would request "Mansion section, close to bus stop." 

    Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.  That said, I have always been pleased with my placement after making a special request!  They will do their best to help!
