We are traveling next october to mexico. As of right now we have 2 kids but hope to have a third (down to wire here) Are we better off getting the family stateroom that sleeps 5 or 2 delux rooms ages at will be 3,2,inf. $ not really issue, more space

    Hi Aimee,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  As a family of five, I understand exactly where you are coming from - and without hesitation I recommend the two connecting rooms.  Considering the ages of your children, I would assume that  one or more may still be napping at the time that you cruise, and this is where the extra room comes in really handy.  On our last voyage in a family stateroom we found it very challenging to have the older siblings in the room while the little one slept, there was simply no convenient place to be in the room as to not disturb the napping child.

    I hope this helps!
