Hi there, Margaret! I'm so excited that you are headed to the Disneyland Resort next month!
There are so many
dining options available at the Disneyland Resort that I feel that even the pickiest palate will be pleased. I believe what you are referring to are the Kids' Power Packs available at most quick service locations throughout the parks. While subject to change, this meal pack currently includes a Danimals yogurt smoothie, apples, carrots, banana, goldfish crackers, and the choice of either a bottle of water or a small milk. On the dining page, you can filter by
"Quick Service" under the "Dining Experience" tab and then view the menus of the individual restaurants to see which offer the Kids' Power Pack. One thing that I find to be really convenient is that each item in the pack is individually packaged. I can give my daughter the yogurt for a snack and throw the rest in the backpack for her to munch on later like when we are waiting for an attraction.
There are also other kids meal items available at each restaurant and some locations offer unique items like a turkey meatball sandwich, spaghetti and meatballs, or a quesadilla in addition to the usual fare of hamburgers and chicken nuggets. Plus, if you are dining at a
table service restaurant, I find those kids meal offerings to be pretty great as well. For instance, the baked chicken leg at
Plaza Inn is a winner with my kid and it comes with applesauce and carrots.
I hope you and your grandchildren have a marvelous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
