We will be traveling with my mother who is in a ecv. She cannot physical get out of her ecv by herself. Can you tell me where to find a list of rides/attractions in advance that she can go on(at all disneyworld parks), without transferring out of her ecv?

    Hi Jennifer,

For guests in wheelchairs or ECVs there are three different types of attractions:
    1. Attractions where a guest can remain in their wheelchair or ECV
    2. Attractions where a guest must transfer from their ECV or wheelchair into an available wheelchair
    3. Attractions where a guest must transfer from their ECV or wheelchair into a ride vehicle

Select the link for an extensive list outlining which attractions fit under each category for guests in a wheelchair or ECV. You'll need to scroll down towards the bottom of the page. I think you'll see that there are several attractions at each park that your family can enjoy without having to help her out of her ECV.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
