    We are traveling with a 9 mos old to The Polynesian Resort. Can we ship her food and diapers to the resort before our vacation starts?

    What a great Resort you have picked for your upcoming vacation! Not only is Disney's Polynesian Village Resort my absolute favorite Resort at Walt Disney World, but its convenient location just a short boat ride or monorail away from Magic Kingdom makes it a breeze when traveling with a young infant. Heading back to your Resort for nap time or at the end of the day will be quick and convenient.

    Shawn, I think you have a terrific idea to ship diapers, baby food or other essentials to your Disney Resort hotel before arrival. This is a great way to both minimize your packing requirements and maximize your precious vacation time, ensuring everything you need for your trip will be ready and waiting upon your arrival.

    The good news is that one of the many services available to guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel is mail and parcel delivery services. Please note that Disney’s current policy is to charge a small package handling fee for all delivered packages. 

    Be sure to address your package to the lead Guest on your reservation. You will also want to ensure that the word "Guest" and your check in date is included on the package so Disney will be able to link the package to your reservation. You should aim to have the package arrive 1 or 2 days before check-in. The address is as follows:
