Welcome to planDisney, Nancy. Visiting Walt Disney World with a little one is a magical experience, and it's great that you're planning ahead to ensure everything goes smoothly. We visited when our smallest was 8 months old and found high chairs widely available at many Quick Service locations.
Here’s a breakdown of some popular locations where our little Mousteketeer was well accommodated. At Disney's Animal Kingdom,
Flame Tree Barbecue offers delicious barbecue options and plenty of outdoor seating with high chairs available. Satu'li Canteen is a great choice with some healthy options.
Pizzafari in Discovery Island also offers indoor seating.
EPCOT always come through with the BEST dining choices in my humble opinion. Sunshine Seasons - found in The Land Pavilion, this quick service location has wide food options and ample seating with high chairs. La Cantina de San Angel provides yummy Mexican cuisine with outdoor seating overlooking the lagoon. Also, kudos to Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue for its family-friendly selection.
In Magic Kingdom, I suggest heading to
Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café or Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café as both offer plenty of seating space. Columbia Harbour House is another great option.
When dining with a toddler at Walt Disney World, it's best to visit dining locations outside peak times to avoid crowds and have an easier time securing a high chair. Using the My Disney Experience app to
Mobile Order your meals can save time and make the dining experience smoother. I recommend bringing along any beloved snacks - we love those little snack cups kids can hold where the snacks will stay inside even if your child rattles it... or throws it. If you know, you know.
Rest assured, Walt Disney World is well-equipped to accommodate families with young children. If you have any concerns or specific needs, feel free to ask a Cast Member upon arrival—they're always happy to assist.
Another key tip is to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers, located in every park. These are a calm little oasis if your little one needs a break from the crowds or a snack (and yes, they have high chairs too). You can also grab any essentials you might need here.
Enjoy your magical trip with your little one, Nancy! I'd love to help if you have any other questions.
