We're traveling with a 10 month old in December and so I want to ship some supplies and groceries to the resort, are there recommended services Disney works with that I can select the arrival date ahead of time?

    Hi, there!

Kristen, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a little one in tow. And during the holiday season, no less! You're sure to have a magical stay.

My daughter made her first visit to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" when she was just 10-months old last year. She certainly doesn't remember that visit, but we made lots of special memories together as a family that we'll always cherish!

As a mom of three, I know traveling with little ones requires a little additional planning and a lot of additional packing. How can someone so little need SO much? Having much-needed supplies and groceries delivered to your Disney Resort hotel is a brilliant way to save space in your luggage. While there aren't shipping services explicitly recommended by Disney, I can tell you that many Guests have had great experiences using Amazon Prime Now. If you use this or another shipping service, be sure the shipping label clearly includes the word "Guest" along with your arrival date. The Front Desk will be happy to take care of your package for you!

Another option is to use a grocery delivery service. My family always places an order with Garden Grocer, an Orlando-based company. We've had nothing but stellar experiences using this convenient service! Placing an order with Garden Grocer is super easy. Simply start by filling your online cart at gardengrocer.com. I usually order diapers, wipes, on-the-go breakfast items, snacks, fresh produce, and a case of water. Once you've filled your cart with everything you'll need for your stay, select the date and time you'd like your order delivered to your Disney Resort hotel. Don't worry if you won't be there at the time of delivery! Your order will be left with Bell Services, and they'll be sure to refrigerate any perishable items for you. When you're ready for your groceries, you can pick them up from Bell Services or have them delivered right to your hotel room! (If you choose to have them delivered to your room, please note that a $6 fee will be charged to your room account for every order delivered.)

I hope this was helpful, Kristen. Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling with your baby to the Walt Disney World Resort!
