My Disney Experience account for everyone in your travel party is an easy and essential way to sync itineraries and keep the whole gang organized.
Let's talk about making those upcoming plans. You will be able to make dining reservations and
Disney Genie+ choices together, even if you are staying for different lengths of time. All you need to do to prepare for these actions is have each member of your travel party create an account, link your accounts, and confirm you can see each other under the My Family & Friends tab. It's that easy! You did mention that currently My Disney Experience says you do not have plans with your mom, and that's okay! This is an easy fix. If you are not on the same room reservation and you have not created any new plans with each other like a Disney Park Pass Reservation or a meal at one of your must-try spots, your mom will be listed as "People I Do Not Have Plans With". As soon as you create a reservation of any kind together, she will show up under "People I Have Plans With". I do recommend creating plans before your dining reservation booking window opens to be sure that you are linked correctly. A great way to do this is to secure your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. Currently, Walt Disney World requires a park reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. Once you have decided which park you want to visit on each day of your trip, be sure to secure these reservations. You should be able to make them for your mom as well, as long as she has tickets linked to her account. Once you have completed a joint reservation, check to see that she is now listed under that "People I Have Plans With" tab.
If Stitch causes a Gitch and you cannot make any plans together online or on the
My Disney Experience Mobile app, you may want to try removing the Guest from your Family & Friends List and re-adding them. You can also reach out to
