We are traveling with my mom and I have added her to our one Disney account. How do I add a separate credit card for her magic band so that we don't have to change all purchases to my account?

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

We often visit Walt Disney World Resort with other families, and you’ll be happy to know that it’s definitely possible for your mom to have a separate credit card linked to her MagicBand for charging privileges during your upcoming stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.

When using Online Check-In, pick an easy-to-remember PIN number for her… and make sure to tell her what it is! When you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, please mention to the Cast Member at the Registration desk that you’d like to have her MagicBand linked to a separate credit card.

Based on my past experiences, I highly recommend that you request a printout of your family’s transactions after your first day in order to make sure that your charging privileges are working properly. It’s easier to catch a problem after the first day, rather than at check-out.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
