We will be traveling with a 6mo baby and 3 yr old. What is your advice about baby food, formula, and snacks? We will be flying and using Disney Transportation for the duration of our stay. Should we bring these items or can they be purchased on property?

I made sure to check the store's selection at our resort while in WDW this past week. There was baby food jars, formula and snacks available. However you will not find a wide variety and of course prices will be inflated. My suggestion is to order your items from gardengrocer.com or a similar service so that you have the food and formula that your baby is used to eating and drinking. If you have room to pack dry goods and non-breakable food items, I would do so. Then you can use the extra space for souvenirs on your trip home.

You can definitely purchase your needed supplies on property but bear in mind that the selection is limited and the prices are quite steep. Note that you can also have a box shipped to your resort of items such as diapers, etc too! Just phone your resort for the correct mailing information and ship the box a few days before your arrival.
