Martin from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We will be traveling into MCO and taking the Magical Express to the resort, but we have dinner reservations about 2 hours after we land at a different resort. Is it possible to wait to get off the Magical Express at the Resort we have dinner at?

Hi Martin and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I feel like my Walt Disney World Resort vacation has started the minute I step onto Disney's Magical Express! I spoke with a couple of our excellent Cast Members to find an answer to your question. The complimentary transportation takes you from Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel where you are staying and picks you up from the resort you check out from to return you to the airport.  This is the standard policy.

However, the Cast Members said if you speak to a Cast Member when you arrive at Disney's Magical Express and explain you are trying to make a dining reservation on time, you might have some pixie dust sprinkled on you. Sometimes they are able to make exceptions to the policy but it is in no way guaranteed. It is very dependent on how much room is in the motorcoach going to the Resort Hotel where you have a dining reservation.

Martin, thank you for visiting us with another great question. I hope you'll let us know if you have any other questions we can help you with!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
