Hello there Heather, thanks for coming back to planDisney with another great question!
I'm sure a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class on a non-park day would be the perfect way to recharge and enjoy some quiet time. I spoke to a helpful Cast Member, and unfortunately, group yoga and fitness classes are not offered at the current time.
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort does not have a fitness center on-site, but I do have a few other suggestions for you!
Upon arrival to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I recommend asking a Cast Member at the Front Desk for their suggestions and a list of the recreational activities taking place during your stay. There is also a lovely one-mile
jogging path where you'll be able to enjoy views of
Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Wedding Pavilion, and the Seven Seas Lagoon which is such a lovely backdrop for a morning stroll or jog. This could be a great alternative to a traditional fitness class, and you'll get to enjoy some fresh air and magical views!
You also could also head down to the beach area overlooking the Seven Seas Lagoon and bring a towel to have your own yoga session! I can't think of a more beautiful setting to enjoy a nice stretch and a break from a busy visit to the theme parks.
I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip, Heather! I'm wishing you and your family a wonderful visit to the "Most Magical Place on Earth!" Please
come back to planDisney if we can help with any other questions.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
