Traveling in May 2022 3 adults 3 children looking for 2 rooms on the resort with shuttle service 3 nights with a meal plan and park/water tickets

Hello Lakeisha! Let me offer you a warm welcome from all of us hEAR at planDisney!

I’m happy to help as you’re planning for a Magical trip, so let me channel my inner Fairy Godmother and… Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo… find some answers for YOU!

Lakeisha, first, it sounds like you’ll want to book a vacation package. A vacation package includes your Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay and tickets. When you choose the type of tickets to include with your package, you’ll want to select the “water and sports option.” Those tickets will include admission to one theme park per day or a water park. Now, since you’re hoping to book two rooms, you can book two separate packages online, indicating a lead adult on each package OR you can call  (407) 939-5277 to speak with a Cast Member to book both rooms under one lead guest.

Lakeisha, your mention of shuttle service makes me think of two different things: getting from the airport to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel OR getting around the Walt Disney World Resort once you’ve check in. If you are referring to airport transportation, you’ll want to set that up apart from booking your vacation package. A lot of guests are choosing to use a rideshare service like uber or lyft, rent a car or book a transfer through a company like Mears Connect. Mears Connect partnered with the Walt Disney World Resort in the past to provide airport transfers, so I feel very confident in recommending this service.

If you were referring to getting from your resort to the theme parks or water park, I’m happy to report that complimentary transportation is included in your stay! Depending on the resort that you choose, you’ll be able to access the parks by bus, boat, monorail or Disney Skyliner.

Finally, Lakeisha, the Disney Dining Plan is on pause at the moment, but an announcement was made letting us know that it will be returning in the future. We don’t yet have a date, but I encourage you to keep a close watch on the Disney Parks Blog as pixie dusted announcements tend to pop up there first.

Lakeisha, I hope this information helps kickstart your vacation planning and I hope to see you hEAR again with any additional questions.

Wishing you a trip full of wonder and delight!
