    Traveling with my little one who has a severe dairy and nut allergy this December - is there a good list of places we would have the best chances of getting a good quick service or snack?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rebecca!

    As a mom to a little Mouseketeer with multiple severe food allergies, I am so happy to help you prepare for your trip! Our family has found that the Chefs and Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort have been so helpful and really want to ensure that our little guy has a magical and safe trip. Whenever you are ordering a meal or snack, I always recommend speaking to the Chef, Cast Member specializing in special diets, or manager to find the best option. You will also find new allergy-friendly menus at many quick-service locations throughout the parks and Downtown Disney. Unfortunately, those menus aren't currently published online. I like to use the Walt Disney World Resort section of allergyeats.com to get an idea of what food locations may be able to best accommodate our son's allergies. You can enter your specific combination of allergies and it will rate restaurants in your selected resort area on how allergy-friendly Guests have experienced the restaurants to be.

    I encourage you to check out the Special Dietary Request page as it has some useful information on accommodating food allergies at Walt Disney World Resort. You can also contact the Special Diets Team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com prior to your trip for additional assistance in putting together a safe eating plan for your family!
