We are traveling as a large group to WD in March. Staying at a Good neighbor Resort. My kids are teenagers, but i want to make it the most magical trip. Should I order Magic Bands? Even if my tickets are paper ones from group trip? can they be added?

Hi, Stephanie! You are such a wonderful mom for thinking of your teenagers before this trip. No need to worry, as adventure is definitely out there for older kids at Walt Disney World Resort! I have a few quick tips for you to make it an extra magical trip for them.

Before you leave, sit down with your teenagers and let them make some of the key decisions, such as places they'd like to eat, and attractions and FastPass+ that are most important to them. Set aside a "fun money" Disney gift card for each of your teens. My soon-to-be teenage daughter loves that because it means she can buy something totally crazy and I can't say "no" to it. If you are comfortable with it, consider allowing your kids to go find adventure on their own. We started this year allowing our daughter to go on her own for brief periods to shop or see a character, as long as she met us at a specific time.

OK, so let's talk MagicBands. You can definitely link your group tickets and any new MagicBands you purchase to your My Disney Experience account. Simply follow the link I placed there and you will see a section for each. You will find the necessary information for linking on the back of the MagicBand, and on each ticket or on the ticket order confirmation. MagicBands can be purchased via shopDisney, Shop Disney Parks app, or in merchandise locations across the Resort. I know teenagers can be quite picky, so look for D-Tech On Demand kiosks in Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs where your teens could design their own MagicBands and have them printed in just a few minutes.

I hope you have a great trip and please let us know if you have any other questions.
