Hi, Tony!
You are in for such a magical visit to
Walt Disney World with three little ones; so exciting!
Regarding
Disney Dining Plan, kids 3-9 must order from a children's menu at Table-Service and Quick-Service locations if there is a children's menu. This and lots of other Disney Dining Plan information is in the PDF of your dining plan in the link above (See page 2, under "Redeeming Your Meals" for information regarding children's meals.)
When touring WDW, I always plan our Quick-Service stops with everyone's tastebuds in mind. For example, my kids love unique foods--even when they were toddlers--so we always looked for QS locations that featured this as kids' options. Take a look at
Epcot's Sunshine Seasons menu for a peek at the great, varied kids' choices. Yum!
Kids' lunch options at Magic Kingdom's Be Our Guest Restaurant features grilled shrimp and slow-cooked pork with green beans and mashed sweet potatoes. Great
kids' meals at Animal Kingdom's Harambe Market include Kids' Grilled Barbecued Chicken Skewer, Kids' Karubi Ribs and Kids' Corn Dog, both a bit different from what you may find elsewhere. A really neat
kids' meal at Disney's Hollywood Studios' Backlot Express is Star Wars-inspired Dark Side Chicken and Waffles.
Check out menus prior to arrival, and you'll have a perfect plan in place for every diner.
