traveling with kids, what am I allowed to bring in as far as drinks and snacks.

Hello, Heather! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!

Whenever we visit the Disneyland Resort, we make sure we bring along some snacks for our young daughter as well as some goodies for my husband and me. We like to carry granola bars, crackers, apple slices, and suckers. You are allowed to bring in any type of small snack as long as it isn't packaged in a glass container (baby food jars are the only exception). The same goes for drinks. We usually bring a couple of water bottles that we refill throughout the day at either a drinking fountain or by requesting a free cup of ice water at a quick service dining location. If you find that you are running low on snacks one day, I suggest purchasing a Kids Power Pack which is available at several quick service dining locations. These packs come with a banana, apple slices, goldfish crackers, carrots, a yogurt smoothie, and a choice of a water or milk. Everything comes individually packaged so it makes it easy to throw these in your backpack for future snacking.

If you are thinking about packing a lunch as well, feel free to bring along a small cooler and store it in a locker outside Disneyland Park. You can then enjoy your lunch in the nearby picnic area.

I hope this helps! Have a fantastic visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
