Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I just love
Chef Mickey’s on arrival day: there is something so special about a fabulous meal with the iconic characters that starts a trip off on the perfect, magical note.
Jennifer, most importantly, thank you for your service to our country. My family is so appreciative of the fabulous
military discounts offered to us at Walt Disney World, and Memory Maker is the pixie dust on top! To activate the military-discounted Memory Maker, you must visit a Guest Relations window at one of the theme parks. I checked in with a Guest Relations Cast Member, who confirmed that there is not a window at the Transportation and Ticket Center that can assist with activating your Memory Maker. I would advise visiting the Guest Relations window at Magic Kingdom Park because it’s just a short walk or monorail ride away from Disney’s Contemporary Resort, where you will be dining with Mickey and pals.
My favorite part of
Disney’s PhotoPass Service is the Magic Shot feature. Each time you stop for a photo, ask your photographer if there are Magic Shots available. My family loves the excitement of waiting for the shot to appear in our My Disney Experience app – you never know what magical extras might appear in your photo. Have so much fun, smile big (how can you not?), and enjoy every moment!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
