Hi, we will be traveling for July 2017 and already past the 180 day mark for ADR. We have reservations for Tusker House but will like to change it to Rivers of Light Dinner Package. The problem is that the calendar is only giving dates until June 30?

Hi, Jose! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m so glad you stopped by!

It sounds like you already have a head start on your planning. ChEARs to you! Planning ahead for your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation is part of the fun. I love being able to dream up and plan my Advanced Dining Reservations and coordinate them with the Parks we’re visiting, then as the vacation dates get closer, locking in those FastPass+ reservations to our favorite attractions. Makes the days go by faster as you await for your departure to the place where Magic is endless

I think you’re going to love Tusker House at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! With character favorites, like Donald Duck and friends all decked out in Safari gear, you will get some great photo-ops and fun interactions, plus delicious African inspired dishes that’ll be sure to amuse your taste buds! Because you already you’re your reservation, your best bet is to call in to Disney’s Dining Reservation Line at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 to see if there is any availability past the date the system is giving you. A helpful Cast Member will be able to give you more details and book it for you if they are able to this early.

I recently experienced Rivers of Light and it was absolutely stunning! I hope you get your dining package reservation! Remember you can always do stand-by as the amphitheater doesn’t have a bad seat in the house!

    Have a Magical day!
