Traveling with inlaws to POR on 11/26. We have daughter with special needs that would love to stay with grandparents in their room. This would only work if we had adjoining rooms so I could still care for her at night. How can I make this request? Thanks

    Hi Kim,

I'm so pleased to hear that your daughter's grandparents will be accompanying you on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.  Some of my best childhood memories were made during Disney vacations with my grandmother.  I can just imagine the wonderful memories your family will make in November.

If you need adjoining rooms, just call the Walt Disney Travel Office at (407) W-DISNEY (or the travel agent through whom you booked your reservation, if you used one) and ask them to note your request on your reservation.  (It would be helpful to have your confirmation number on hand when you call).  While requests such as these are never guaranteed, I'm sure the Cast Member who assigns rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort will make every effort to honor your request.

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
