Hello! We're traveling with an infant and I wanted to ask if it's possible to have an Amazon grocery order delivered to the hotel on the day we arrive.

Hi there, Kelly! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question today! Your magical vacation will be here before you know it, and with so many ways to celebrate summer at the Most Magical Place on Earth, I know you're going to have an amazing visit! From new attractions like Tiana's Bayou Adventure to the state-of-the-art drone show Disney Dreams That Soar lighting up the sky at Disney Springs, magic is certainly calling this summer!

Kelly, having a grocery order delivered to your Disney Resort hotel is a convenient way to ensure you have some essentials on-hand when you arrive, and it's something we do for every visit as well! We like to include things like bottled water, breakfast items, and snacks that we can take with us on the go as we head to the Theme Parks each day! The process for a grocery delivery is pretty simple; just use the address of your Disney Resort hotel and the Cast Members at Bell Services will happily accept your delivery on your behalf, even ensuring that any perishable items remain refrigerated until you arrive!

Once you have arrived onsite, you can collect your grocery order and bring it to your resort room yourself, or you can ask Bell Services to schedule a delivery. If you do choose for them to deliver directly to your room, you will be charged a fee for this service directly your room folio (the current fee is $6, but is subject to change). Since you mentioned you will be traveling with an infant, the convenience of having the items delivered might be worth the additional fee; we usually see where our room is located and then decide if we want to carry the items ourselves or have them delivered. Bell Services will also have luggage carts for use if you decide to move the items yourself!

Kelly, I hope this is helpful! Before I let you go, I'd love to recommend you check out the Disney Parks Blog feature about Baby Care Centers at each of the Theme Parks at the Walt Disney World Resort! My panelist pals Brent and Jennifer do an excellent job sharing some tips and tricks for traveling with infants and ways to utilize these centers on your visit! If you have any other questions before you arrive, feel free to come on back and let us know! At planDisney, we're all ears!

    Magic and Memories,
