Hi, Paul!
I am not sure I am totally understanding what you are asking, so let me give you some general information about making your dining reservations.
First of all, with a party your size, you should call (407)WDW-DINE to
reserve your dining. Since you all want to dine together at one table, you will want to make just one reservation. Some locations may not be able to accommodate a table this size, but the friendly Cast Member will assist you. A credit card will be needed to hold the reservation, and a fee will be incurred if your party is a no-show or cancelled later than 24 hours prior to your reservation.
Next, you can link all your
My Disney Experience accounts through
Friends and Family so all dining reservations can be shared with all your guests. This is not required, but might save you a bit of work as everyone can look up the plans on their own accounts.
Finally, you can split checks when dining so each party can pay for their own meals. Simply let your server know how you want the checks divided. An automatic gratuity of 18% will be added on since your party has 6 or more guests.
When you call for your reservations, all this will be explained in detail and hopefully you can plan your dining easily. With large parties, I always encourage buffets as much as possible as everyone can usually find something they can enjoy, and your dining experience should be much more expedient without having to take all those orders! But any server will be happy to accommodate you when ordering off a menu as well.
Wishing your entire party a magical vacation in Walt Disney World!
Cathy
