We're traveling with a group of about 19 people. I'm trying to make dining reservations . Not knowing exactly how the group will wind up breaking up each day, if I make a reservation for 6 and only 4 wind up in our group how will that effect my reservation

    Hi Jon!

This sounds like a great trip!  Walt Disney World is a great place for large groups to vacation together. There really is something for all ages and interests, so everyone is happy.

I understand your issue with making dining reservations.  I have been in the same boat before.  I usually try to call ahead and let the restaurant know of any changes in party size as soon as possible.  You can do this by calling Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).

However, there have been a few times when I just don't know who will for sure show up until time for our meal.  The Disney Cast Members have always been very understanding and have never charged me for the no-shows.

So, I would go ahead and make it for the largest number that you think may want to join you.  It's much easier to subtract from the party than to add.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
