Greetings, Rebecca!
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you have an amazing adventure planned for the very near future! Traveling with a large group can be so much fun! I am sure you will create a lifetime of wonderful memories during your stay.
I am happy to report that the answer to your questions is yes. Here is how this would work. You can add your entire travel party to the
Disability Access Service. This means when your son arrives you will be able to add him at any Guest Relations location. When selecting a return time for an attraction or experience you will be able to choose up to 5 members of your party to use the scheduled return time with you. The six Guests will be able to enter the attraction through the Lightning Lane queue during your time slot. It is important to note that your return time access maxes out at six Guests (including yourself) so the entire travel party will not be able to be added to a selection at the same time. When traveling with a large group I find that this rarely impacts plans as not everyone wants to do the same thing at the same time. Some of the group may love thrill rides and big drops while others may prefer shows or character experiences.
Rebecca, you can also
register in advance for the Disability Access Service online! This is a great new way to arrive ready to start your adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. You can pre-register 2- 30 days before your arrival. Once you have registered you will be able to choose two one-hour return windows for
select experiences and attractions. Be sure to have your top choices ready when calling. I also recommend having your
entire party linked in My Disney Experience so they are able to be added to the service with you.
I hope that your trip is memorable and magical!
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
