Hi, I am traveling with a group of my high school students. They don't speak English. Do you offer your app in Spanish? Is there a way I can add them to my "family" ? and last one, Is there a Fast Pass plan, and how do I access it?

Hi Lelia and welcome to planDisney! You’ve come to the right place! Thanks for sending us your planning questions about the Walt Disney World Resort!

Right now, the My Disney Experience app is not available in Spanish. My advice is to have your students open a webpage on their cell phone with the Spanish link for their My Disney Experience account. This way they can check on all the plans you have made together as a group, in Spanish.

To add your students to your My Disney Experience account, click on this link. You can then enter their name, age or a Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation to add them to your list.

FastPass+ has morphed into Disney Genie+. It costs $15 per day ( this price may be subject to change) and can be purchased any time before your visit via your My Disney Experience App or on your home computer, via your My Disney Experience account. Click on this link and follow the step-by-step instructions to make your purchase. It’s a very quick process!

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on your theme park day, you can make your first Lightning Lane selection. Once you experience that attraction, or two hours after making that selection (whatever comes first), you can go ahead and make another Lightning Lane selection. You can keep doing that throughout the day until there are no more Lightning Lane selections available or until the theme park closes.

Lelia, I hope this information is helpful to you! Thanks again for stopping by to see us with your questions!

    Have a magical visit!
