We will be traveling with a fur friend for our trip to WFW in July and booked a resort that is fur friendly however we cannot check in until 3pm so what shall we do with our fur family member until we can access our room?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Heather! Your furry friend will surely enjoy the new Pluto welcome kits reserved the pup guest at Walt Disney World Resort.

If you arrive to your Front Lobby and your room is not yet ready (be sure to check, in some instances a room may be ready a few hours ahead of time!), I would advise you to think about doggy day camp at Best Friends Pet Care. If you make an appointment in advance, planning for a day of Day Camp, you’ll have a fun place to take your pooch for play or perhaps even a grooming session. You can even check in on them with the webcams! Call 407.209.3126 to make a reservation for your pup and then when you room is ready, or you’ve had a long day of play, you can bring them to your hotel room to bed down for the night. Alternatively, you can walk your dogs around the walking trails located at various Walt Disney World Resort hotels; a good bit of exercise may be the ticket after traveling to the Resort.

I hope you have a great and goofy vacation, and if you need anything else, just raise your paw! ~ Lindsey P.
