We will be traveling to the Florida keys and are stopping in WDW on our way. We will have our truck towing our boat. Is there parking available at Art of Animation (the resort we are staying in) and will we be charged a standard or oversized parking fee?

Hi Ashley! Welcome back to planDisney!

What an epic vacation you have coming up! My family loves stopping by the Walt Disney World Resort on our way to south Florida. On our way to our last cruise departing from Fort Lauderdale, we spent one night at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and squeezed out every last drop of fun at the Most Magical Place on Earth that we could. It was exhausting, but it was SO fun!

I spoke with a Cast Member and found out that while there is an oversized vehicle parking fee at the theme parks, there is not an extra fee at Disney Resorts Collection hotels. You can park at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and simply be charged the standard overnight parking fee. Current fees can be found at the parking link I included above. I have seen oversized vehicles like RVs parked at Disney Resort hotels before and they usually park in two spaces to accommodate the length of the vehicle and it seems to work great for them!

I hope this helps, Ashley! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
