    I am traveling for the first time to Disneyland and reserved a package for a room that included park tickets and multi-pass lightning lanes. In the Disneyland app I can see the reservations I have made for the park but cannot see the tickets is this okay?

    How exciting it is to visit the Disneyland Resort for your first time. I'm thrilled you'll have the opportunity to experience Walt Disney's original magic kingdom.

    From the sound of things, you've got all your ducks in a row, Kalie. With your Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, you make arrangements for your lodging, theme park tickets, theme park reservations, and even optional extras like Lightning Lane Multi Pass, all in one convenient package. A great thing about booking a Vacation Package is that you have the opportunity to book your park reservations even before your park tickets are available to view in your account. Those tickets will be deposited in the MyDisney account linked to your Vacation Package three days before your check-in date, along with your travel itinerary and voucher for Magical Extras as a part of your Travel ePackage. At that time, you may view your tickets in the Disneyland mobile app from the "My Tickets & Passes" screen accessed from the ☰ feature menu of the app.

    This is going to be great, Kalie! For the rest of this year and through the summer of 2026, Guests can "Celebrate Happy" at the Disneyland Resort in commemoration of Disneyland's 70th anniversary. My family and I have already traveled to The Happiest Place on Earth a couple of times to enjoy the food and fun of this special event. On our last trip, we had a blast hunting for 70th Celebration lock stations with the Key to Disneyland that we purchased. I can't wait to go back again soon to repeat many of our favorite experiences.
