We are traveling 10/21-10/27/2012 on our first Disney trip! The dining option are overwhelming! Can you give us some good suggestions on where to eat while in the parks as well as a good ADR for the evenings? Our kids are 7 & 5 and are good eaters. Tha

    Hi Traci,

There certainly are a lot of fantastic restaurants on offer at Walt Disney World!

For a start of, with children aged 5 and 7 I would definitely recommend that you book some Character Dining experiences. Some of our favourite Character meals include:-

Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo & Stitch at Disney's Polynesian Resort
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort
Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in Disney's Animal Kingdom

Some other fun non-character meals which my 8-year-old son has enjoyed during previous visits are:-

Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort
    Ohana's at Disney's Polynesian Resort
Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion at Epcot
Les Chefs de France in the France Pavilion at Epcot

You can search for availability and make your advanced dining reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit on the Walt Disney World website HERE or by calling (407) 939-3463.

Character meals in particular are very popular so I would recommend that you make your dining reservations at your earliest possible opportunity to avoid disappointment.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
