I am traveling in February for the Princess Half Marathon - 3 adults and 2 kids. What is the best and most cost effective hotel to stay at - we only need one night. thanks

    Hi Noreen!

The Princess Half Marathon is a great race!  I know you are going to love it!

The good thing is that during Princess Half weekend, all of the Disney Resorts will be host resorts and will offer bus transportation to and from race weekend events.  Your only issue will be that with five people, you exceed the capacity of most standard rooms.  So, you can either get two rooms, or a family suite.

Disney's Art of Animation is a Value Resort that offers family suites (sleeps up to 6).  Or, you could book two adjoining rooms at a different Value Resort for close to the same price, if not a bit cheaper.  I suggest you call 407-WDW-IRUN to get different rates for the resorts that weekend.  You can also call Disney's main reservation line at 407-934-7639.

All of the resorts are very clean and have fun themes.  Since you will only be there one night and won't be spending a lot of time in your room, I would probably just choose the best rate.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
