I am traveling with another family. What are some resort options for rooms large enough to sleep 5 or more people?

Hiya Tammy - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question - I always love helping Guests find the best Disney Resorts Collection hotel options for their crew!

I've visited Walt Disney World Resort by myself, with a group of 20+, and everything in between - luckily there are tons of options and I'm sure you'll find something perfect for your upcoming trip. First, you might want to check out the Family Suites available at Disney's Art of Animation and All-Star Music Resorts. These suites offer room for up to six adults, including one private bedroom, two bathrooms, and also include well-appointed kitchenettes!

Moving up to more luxurious accommodations, many Disney Resorts Collection Deluxe Villa Resorts offer larger multi-room Villas that can accommodate between five and up to 12 Guests in some 3-bedroom options. You might also want to check out The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort for a more rustic setting without sacrificing all the creature comforts of home.

Another option is to make two separate reservations of the same room type at the same resort and requesting to have adjoining or nearby rooms. While Cast Members will always try their best to accommodate these requests, they are not guaranteed, so if it is critical that you all be close by, you'll want to select one of the other options.

You'll be visiting during the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, so make sure to plan for extra time to take in all of the new attractions, treats, experiences, and so much more!

I hope this helps you plan a magical trip - please let me know if any other questions come up!
