Ahoy, Michael! Welcome to planDisney, where we aim to answer all of your Disney Cruise Line questions to set you on course for smooth sailing during your trip.
Disney Cruise Line does offer airport transfers for guests sailing aboard the
Disney Adventure from
Singapore, which currently cost $23.00 per person each way and are available for purchase up to three days prior to sailing date. Keep in mind that airport transfers are only available on embarkation and debarkation days and the exact price is subject to change. You are correct that the round-trip
ground transportation option between the Singapore Changi Airport and Marina Bay Cruise Centre are supposed to be available for booking in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or on the website. However, if you are having difficulty adding the ground transportation option yourself, then I recommend calling Disney Cruise Line directly since your embarkation day is only a few weeks away and availability is limited.
You can call Disney Cruise Line directly at (800) 951-3532 and cast members are available to speak with you Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Just make sure that you have your Disney Cruise Line reservation number and all of your flight details ready before you call.
I hope your entire family has a fantastic time exploring all seven of the themed areas when you step onboard the Disney Adventure in October. Be sure to check out the
Disney Adventure Pre-Arrival Guide to make sure that everything is shipshape before you set sail. Additionally, if you have any other last minute questions, then you can always reach back out to us at planDisney. Happy sailing!
