Traveling with another family - if we need to change the number of people in a dinner reservation do I need to do that ahead of time or when we show up at the restaurant? Can I change it without canceling the reservation completely? Thanks for the info!

Hi Megan!

If you know you will need to modify your dining reservations ahead of time, it's best to do it as soon as possible. That way, the spots open up to other guests who would like to dine at that restaurant. If you don't know until last minute, you can let the host/hostess know when you check-in that your party total has changed. To modify, call (407) WDW-DINE. This does not require cancelling.
