Hi! I am traveling with my family of 4 and our friends, a family of 4. We couldn't get an ADR for 8 to Biergarten, but we did get two ADRs (10 min apart) for 4 each. Is there a way to contact the restaurant and ask to be seated together? thank you!!

    Hi Sara!

It sounds like you are planning a great family and friend vacation to Walt Disney World. Planning for a larger group can be a little more complicated but it sounds like you have a great start.

Having two Biergarten reservations in Epcot will work out fine. When you arrive let the cast members at the podium know that you are both together and would like to sit together. This restaurant has many large long tables that can accommodate 8. You might have to wait a bit longer but if you arrive about 15 minutes before your reservation time to check in that will help.

Disney dining locations understand that many people are traveling with larger extended families and friends. Although they can’t always have them sit at one table due to size they will do whatever they can to at least have the groups sit close to each other. I was always in charge of my family of 16 for our reunions and we never worried about how we would sit at meals. We would actually draw names and sit with new people each time making it fun.

I am confident you will have a great dining experience at the Biergarten and there is no need to call ahead. Enjoy the great Oktoberfest show!
