    I am traveling with my elderly mother and she has difficulty getting on to rides with moving sidewalks. Can the ride be stopped.

    Hi Michele, You don't need to worry one bit, the cast members will definitely stop an attraction or slow it down, etc.... if a guest needs help getting on. There are many guests who need special assistance with getting onto or off of an attraction that are in wheelchairs or have other medical conditions which require them to need extra time or help and these guests are given all the help they need to transfer safely.
