Hi we will be traveling to DW in July, staying at the BW.My ? is what sort of coffee pots do they have in the rooms. I saw that the deluxe hotels were going to the pots that used the pods. My DH has to have a cup or 2 in the AM. Do I need to pack some?

    Hi Marjorie,

The Boardwalk Inn is certainly a gem of the Deluxe Resort hotels at Walt Disney World. If it is your first time staying here, you'll fall in love with the charm and sophistication the Resort hotel provides!

I had heard through the grapevine all coffee pots were recently replaced by single serve pods so I contacted the Boardwalk Inn to be sure. Two Cast Members did confirm all rooms now offer single serve pods.

I stayed at Boardwalk Inn two months ago and found the pods to be on the weak side. Using less water seemed to combat the weakness, but if you are a coffee connoisseur, perhaps bringing Starbucks VIA packets or pods from your local supermarket might be a suggestion.

As a side note related to "coffee," the unofficial website allears.net offers a wonderful resource for finding "real coffee" around the World! Simply search "real coffee" in the website's search engine.

Check it out as you plan your upcoming trip and I wish you a MAGICAL vacation at the Happiest Place on Earth, Marjorie!
