I am traveling to DW for our first time with a 6m, 2yr and 4yr old. We are overwhelmed with trying to plan this. Can someone tell me if it is much more convienient to stay at a resort on the monoreal or anywhere in Disney is fine?

    Hi Melony,

The transportation provided by WDW is fabulous and very easy to use no matter where you stay.  It is, however, more convenient to stay on the monorail with small children who are going to be visiting the Magic Kingdom often.  You will be able to wheel your stroller right on and off the monorail.  At the end of the night it is the perfect way to transport sleeping little ones.

When you choose to take a bus to a different park, like Hollywood Studios, you will need to collapse the stroller first and carry it on.

The monorail resorts are more expensive, but they provide a bit more convenience and a few extra square feet.  They also have zero entry pools which are great for pre-schools and character meals on-site.

    Enjoy your trip,
