I will be traveling down to WDW and staying at Port Orleans Riverside the first week of October. Am I able to ship a box to our hotel prior to our arrival? If so how do I go about doing that?

Hi Rita! Absolutely! You may certainly ship a care package to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside ahead of time. Make sure to send it with plenty of time before your arrival date. I would recommend sending it no later than September 26, 2011. If your package arrives a day or two early, Bell Services will hold it for you. I would suggest addressing your package as follows:

ATTN: First & Last Name
c/o Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside
Downtown Disney Area
1251 Riverside Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
Arriving: D/M/YR.
Resort Confirmation Number.
