I will be traveling down to Disney in for the week of July 7th through 12th. My daughter's 8th birthday is on the 12th. I would love to do a character breakfast for her with the princesses and something else. Does anyone have any good ideas?

Hola; There are a couple of great choices, first one being at Cinderella's castle where they serve breakfast and lunch.  The Princesses come out and greet you while you are eating.  Last time I was there they also handed out magic wands.  But seating is very limited, so if you want to dine here I would go ahead and try booking now or else you may lose your chance.  As an alternative, you can also consider the Princess Breakfast at EPCOT, which I have experienced with my daughter a few times.  She absolutely loved it, she has pictures of her and the princesses still in her room.   All the princesses are there (except Cinderella I believe) and its a terrific experience -- I definitely recommend.   By the way, my daughter is also turning eight real soon and she is looking forward to her next Disney Princess breakfast as well.
