Hello Keely! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When traveling with the tiniest of Mouseketeers, it is always a smart idea to consider comfort for all involved. As far as your young family is concerned, you have plenty of options to choose from.
Since you are traveling as a family of 4, you can choose from many different room options ranging from Value all the way up to Deluxe accommodations. Using both a rented crib and a
Pack and Play offered by Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, it is not so much as question of what you are allowed to book for rooms, but more of creating a comfortable living situation for you and your children.
If I was in your situation, I would make a specific accommodation request when I used the
Online Resort Check-In Service up to 60 days in advance to request a room with 1 King Sized bed for a Value Resort such as
Disney's Pop Century Resort or a
Little Mermaid Suite at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. While the room may be cramped while you are asleep at night, the extra space provided by having only 1 king-sized bed will make up for the lost space and compacting the Pack and Play every morning will provide you with extra room for the day.
If your budget allows, upgrading to a Moderate or Deluxe Resort Hotel provides more room for your family but at the expected increase in cost. I recommend calling a Cast Member at (407)939-1936 when booking your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel room to express your situation and arrange for your accommodations in a way that best suits your needs.
Have a Magical Vacation!
