Hi Susanne!

Can’t you just feel the excitement brewing for the upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your son and niece?

When I want to changes within My Disney Experience, I like to make the changes via the website (though changes can be made via the app as well).

To make the changes via the website, you will need to log into your My Disney Experience account, choose “My Family and Friends” and once the list populates, choose the family member and click “update”. The family members information will be available, and under the character picture, click “Choose Character”, select the character you want, and click “done” then “save”.
