Hello Michelle,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I'm happy to hear of your travels to "The Happiest Place on Earth!" I can imagine you'll have magical memories you'll cherish.
While I don't know the specific details of the message that was showing for you when you were making your theme park reservations, I'm hopeful for you that the issue you encountered was resolved.
If you purchased your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets through the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system, and made that purchase recently, you would have both bought your theme park tickets and made your theme park reservations in the same set of steps. I'm hopeful that this was the case for you. The step-by-step process guides Guests to select theme park tickets and select the date or dates for the theme park reservations at the same time.
For Guests that are looking to make theme park reservations for tickets they already previously purchased and for which they do not yet have theme park reservations, I always suggest taking a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar when starting to plan a visit. The Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar will help Guests see when reservations are available to select for
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
If the
previously purchased theme park tickets are 1-day theme park tickets and a Guest is wanting to plan a visit, it's also helpful to
check the valid ticket dates for tickets of that type.
Michelle, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
