Hello we are traveling to Disneyland for the first time. I see if I purchase the 3 day ticket you can get the morning magic option. Are you able to get in early all 3 days or just 1? Also is the PhotoPass available for all 3 days? Thank you!

    Hey, howdy, hey, Tamara!

Yeehaw! You’re gonna rustle up a rootin' tootin' great time at the Disneyland Resort! When you purchase your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket in advance, a multi-day ticket of three, four, or five days come with one Magic Morning early admission entitlement. Magic Morning is typically scheduled to occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Disneyland Park. You may pick one day of your visit that coincides with one of these scheduled Magic Morning events to use your entitlement. Early morning hours at the parks are so great for experiencing attractions with lower wait times. So Magic Morning tends to be an even more valuable time to enjoy your visit. I generally recommend using your Magic Morning privilege early on in your vacation, especially if you don’t happen to be early risers. That way, you’ll be at your freshest to be able to enjoy that extra hour of park time the most.

Another early admission option offered at the Disneyland Resort is Extra Magic Hour. This is one of the many great benefits available to guests of the Disneyland Resort Hotels. Extra Magic Hour is scheduled every day and can be at Disneyland Park, typically the same days as Magic Morning, or at Disney California Adventure Park, or occasionally at both parks! Disneyland Resort Hotel guests may take advantage of Extra Magic Hour events with any valid theme park admission, even if it is not purchased in advance or if it is an Annual Passport.

Now let’s talk Disney PhotoPass! There are two PhotoPass products you may purchase in advance. Disney PhotoPass+ One Week lets you download all your PhotoPass photos from an entire week at the Disneyland Resort. This is a nice option for vacation stays that may include photographs at Character Dining experiences you may have on non-park days. The Disney MaxPass ticket add-on can be purchased in advance for the same number of days as your ticket. Or MaxPass may be purchased one day at a time after you have already had your ticket scanned into a theme park. Disney MaxPass comes with complimentary downloads of all your amazing PhotoPass photos for each day you have MaxPass. That, along with enhanced access to Disney FASTPASS, makes Disney MaxPass a fantastic value.

    Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah time, Tamara!
