I am traveling to Disneyland with extended family. We have linked our tickets on the app, but my mom is still unable to view our dining reservations on her end. What can we do so that all reservations are linked and will show up on the plans for everyone?

Hey there, Tinycia! Thanks for stopping by planDisney and bringing us your question. You are just days away from your trip!

It sounds like you have quite the magical adventure planned with your family. I'm so excited for you all to experience my favorite place, Disneyland Resort. It sounds like you've done everything right by linking your tickets together on your Disney account through the Disneyland app. Unfortunately, the apps and the way things are done are a bit different between Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. At Disneyland, only the Disney account who made the reservation can see/modify dining reservations. It's a bummer, I know.

If you made the reservations from your Disney account, you will be able to do mobile check-in at many of the locations throughout the parks. Once it's time for your reservation, you should see a push notification telling you it's time to check in or you can usually see your reservation on the homepage of the Disneyland app. There you will be able to confirm your arrival time and party details, like if there are any food allergies or specific information the kitchen should be aware of. When your table is ready you will receive another notification. You just need to make sure your whole party is there and ready. If the location does not have mobile check-in, you should see a Cast Member at the entrance and give your name to them to check in.

Speaking of Disneyland app features, when you are heading to grab a snack or quick-service meal, be sure to check to see if mobile ordering is an option. This is another great way to maximize time and spend less time in lines waiting. We use this as much as we can and it's especially helpful for larger parties if you are splitting up or want things from different locations.

Tinycia, I hope you have the best time enjoying the holiday weekend at The Happiest Place on Earth. See you real soon!

You'll find us in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can fit in! I love helping my friends plan memorable trips to Disneyland Resort and can't wait to help you too! Learn More About Carrie
