Hi, we are traveling to Disneyland from Dec9-12, i wonder if it is crowded on those dates? Is FASTPASS worth spending money on for these dates?

Happy Early Christmas to you, Monica!

Welcome to our chEARy bunch of carolers! You are going to love visiting Disneyland Resort at the Most Wonderful Time of the yEAR! The Resorts are decked out in their holiday finery, the Characters boast festive costumes, and the treats are extra magical!

Historically, December is a busy time at the Resort. It's because everyone wants a sprinkling of pixie dust during the holidays! The good thing is you are visiting a bit earlier in the month so it won't be as busy as the week of Christmas. Regardless, I think a Disney MaxPass is in order! First, the convenience is unbeatable! You can choose your FASTPASS selections on-the-go from your phone rather than at FASTPASS kiosks. Second, the crowds! Everyone wants a bit of Christmas chEAR, and so the attraction queues will be longer. To get the most out of your holiday vacation, invest in the pass! You will not regret it!

Since you'll have a bit of extra time on your hands (thank you, FASTPASS), you will have more time to enjoy all of the festive offerings! Over in Disney California Adventure Park, Disney Festival of the Holidays is a delightful, diverse celebration of joy! The food at the Festival Foods Marketplace is also incredible. The Gingerbread Mickey cookie is calling my name! Once you're done with the festivities, head to Cars Land, where Luigi serenades you with his favorite holiday tunes, all while you take a ride through gorgeous holiday lights.

Monica, if you have any other questions, you know where to find us. I wish you Glad Tidings of Great Joy!
