    I am traveling to Disneyland California and I have the app, have logged in with my account and I can see my family’s tickets and reservations, but I cant see the Disney Genie service, it says “coming soon in fall”. Is that ok? Some friends have used it

    I’m delighted to see you’re visiting the Happiest Place on Earth soon! With Holidays at the Disneyland Resort well underway, you and your family will sure have a merry time! I just returned from a trip to the Disneyland Resort and the festive decorations are splendid. 

    I see that you heard about the new program, Disney Genie service! It will be launching soon but there is still no release date just yet. Disney Genie service began last month at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, which is probably where some of your friends have used it. To stay up-to-date with the latest park news, be sure to check out Disneyland.com and Disney Parks Blog!
