I am traveling to Disney World for the weekend! I have been to Disney more times than I can count but never with children. My Children are 3 and almost 2 (wont sit still for shows) I was thinking we would just do the Magic Kingdom for 2 days? Anywhere else

    Hi Michele,

What fun! A quick trip to Walt Disney World sounds like a great idea to me. I had this same experience a few years ago when I took my children to Walt Disney World for the first time. It's definitely different with little ones, but so worthwhile! I know you will have a great time.

I think you would have a great trip spending all of your time at Magic Kingdom Park. There is so much to do and see, you could easily fill two days there. You may notice that you won't be moving as quickly through the park, but seeing your favorite attractions through the eyes of your kids may just make your heart grow a few sizes!

If you want to add another park to your visit, my recommendation is Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. With fun attractions, animals and plenty of Character Experiences, this is quickly becoming one of our favorite parks to visit with our kiddos!

Finally, don't underestimate the power of a Disney Resort Hotel pool! My boys love swimming at any time of day or night when we are on vacation. Not to mention it's a great way to rest those tired feet!

I truly hope you have a fun-filled weekend with your kids, Michele. Please let us know how else we can help as you plan.

    Have a magical day!
