Hello! I am traveling to Disney World the second week of July. My husband is deployed, but I am taking our son who will be 5 months old with 5 family members. Which of the rides/attractions will I be able to take my son on? Thank you!

    Hello Lindsey,

First, thank you and your husband for your service to our country! With a little one, I can only imagine the sacrifice you are making. So this trip to Disney will be a wonderful retreat for you and your family!

I've traveled in the past with a then seven-month-old nephew. Disney really makes it easy for parents of toddlers and infants to enjoy their stay. Pack 'n Play Playards are available at your Resort. And the Theme Parks all have Baby Care Centers.

We felt we could take my nephew on many of the attractions. It's truly a spot that's fun and safe for the entire family. Because of all of the colors and movement, my nephew especially loved It's A Small World. You will be able to hold your son on many attractions like The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, and Living with the Land. Then of course there are the many shows and parades too that he can enjoy.

Hope this helps. I hope you and your family have a magical time in July!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
