Hi Larry!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your split stay vacation is just around the corner, so I hope you are getting excited. We too are doing a split stay vacation this fall, and I just made my FastPass+ selections this past week.
With a Disney resort reservation and your theme park tickets linked in My Disney Experience, you should be able to make FastPass+ reservations for the length of your entire split stay. From personal experience however, do make sure you have everything and everyone linked correctly before your FastPass+ selection date. On my upcoming trip we have one resort stay in my name and the second in my mother’s, and this necessitated a few extra steps. If you do have any difficulty, or your plans appear to be "Tangled", you might want to
call Disney and they can help you get everything straightened out.
If you are seeking a FastPass+ selection for something very popular, such as Meet Anna & Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall, or reserved seating for parade or firework viewing, I would recommend making your FastPasses as soon as you are able, at midnight eastern time or “Mickey Time” 60 days prior to your resort check-in. I like to use a website called PS Calculator to help me determine the exact day so there’s no counting or mistakes on my part. It’s a handy site you may want to check out!
Sending you extra pixie dust for smooth FastPass+ selection!
